BRUCE TOH

Bruce Toh, is a practicing litigation lawyer specialized in civil and commercial litigation. He started his legal practice in Messrs Joseph Ting & Co. where he was exposed to numerous and complex legal disputes leading to his competency in finding the best possible resolution for his clients. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive experience in Divorce & Family, Will & Estates and Contract laws. He has also handled numerous employment matters either in representing the employer or the employee for unfair dismissal and judicial review proceedings.
In pursuing his legal practice, he has been actively involved in all tiers of the Malaysian Courts, ie, from the Magistrate Court to the Federal Court. His diverse legal practice is also extended to the Labour Office and Industrial Court.

DAN YIN JIE

Ms. Dan, is a practicing conveyancing lawyer specialized in conveyancing matters, including but not limited to sale and purchase of properties, tenancy, project development and financing facility transactions.
After she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, she then joined Messrs Chang.Haryaty where she was vastly exposed to the practice of real estate and project development.

Thereafter, she joined Messrs Yee How & Tan where she has developed her expertise in sub-sale matters as well as corporate matters such as due diligence review and sale and purchase of shares.
ONG TA KHING
HEAD OF CORPORATE DEPARTMENT
Mr Khing, was called to the Malaysian Bar in year 2016. He started his legal career with one of the biggest law firm in Malaysia with an established practice in the areas of capital markets and corporate M&A during which he was exposed to major capital markets and listing exercise like IPO, rights issues, reverse take overs, SPAC listing, crossborder corporate commercial transactions.
He subsequently joined another reputable mid-sized firm with over 40 lawyers and continued his corporate and commercial practice in which he was personally mentored by the managing partner to handle various corporate commercial and M&A deals. It was during this time he was also being given some real estates portfolio including representing a reputable developer, listed in Bursa Malaysia, in managing a housing development project in Klang Valley with an estimated GDV of RM606 million.
In 2023, he joined Messrs Toh & Partners and heads the Corporate and Commercial Department. Mr Khing frequently acts for companies in their corporate and commercial dealings. He also often speaks and provide talks to companies including startups, SME and listed companies.
